March 27, 2018 I had to go to the Nova medical clinic for a check up with my doctor, and found this little gem, Across the hall, 6 weeks ago I fractured a bone in my foot and had a sprained Ankle, Aman was in and gave me a free Assessment! Wow what a great physiotherapist, he really cares about his patients-and his job, the facility is clean , all the equipment is nice and new, I had an AMAZING experience here and highly reccomednd itEDIT: OK, it is now November 2024 and I have been back to this clinic a handful of times for numerous injuries and I still stand by my five star review! The team of physiotherapists and chiropractors here have helped me immensely and I still can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the good work.

I can not say enough good things about Aman and his team, 10/10.... I Have been having bad SI/Sciatica pain since early October , And ended up giving in and setting up an appointment at Aspire!I have to mention that I have issues and I do not like people touching me or being close to me at all , And I am very Claustrophobic dud to an accident when I was younger! Aman and his team did a great job at making me feel comfortable, right from the minute I walked in the door front staff was warm and welcoming, This buisness is also VERY clean and wide open , He was clear on what he was doing and explained everything as we went in the Appointment which made it so much easier for me to relax , I booked 2 more appointments , and after my first appointment I am already feeling better!!Thank you so much Aspire team

I’ve been going to Aspire Physiotherapy for about a month and a half for a sprain and tendinitis. I’ve been seeing Jassy for these issues. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, and always knows exactly what to do. My pain has significantly decreased after such a short amount of time because of her help! I would highly recommend booking with Jassy if you need physiotherapy!

I had a fantastic experience at Aspire Physiotherapy! Both Lilly and Julia were amazing—they made me feel really comfortable throughout my sessions and helped me walk better. They provided me with great advice that I will definitely keep using, and they helped me notice things about my walk that I hadn’t realized before. Their expertise and support made a significant difference in my recovery. I also want to give a shout-out to the receptionist, Sahej, who was super nice, professional, and efficient. The entire team contributed to a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this clinic!

Julia is amazing. She was very thorough assessing my knee problems and helped the other issues that came up on the journey to strengthening the knee. I was shocked to find out how much my legs were unbalanced in terms of mobility and strength. She recommended the right workouts, stretches, and movements for the issues I have had. I feel much better now and get back on my feet at the gym. Even went up my PR. Thank you Julia!!!!

Had a great experience with Troy and Hanna who helped me work through my golf injury. They listened to my concerns and were very receptive. It also helps that Troy is TPI certified which made it easier to figure out what I needed to work on to recover and avoid re-injuring myself when playing in the future.After several visits for a couple of weeks, I felt significantly better and was able to do basic tasks that would normally trigger the injury without much pain.Everybody at the clinic was super nice and helpful. You definitely get the sense that you are taken care of when you work with them. I would definitely come back if I ever needed it, and also recommend anybody else who has injuries.

Julia is incredible! She’s very thorough with you and your treatment. She is great at explaining what’s going on and why and clearly wants you to feel your best as you recover.The front desk staff are very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable as well! Super nice atmosphere all around.

I was very happy with my therapist Jennifer and the staff at the front. My only issue was trying to get my chart as my injury is a legal issue. The manager insisted I had to pay $50 for my records despite me being a senior and the chart only being 6-7 pages! I find this completely unreasonable and believed a person is entitled to have their own records without having to pay for them.

I had an amazing recovery journey with Jassy! She was so kind and patient. Listened to all my concerns and took great care of me while I was in physiotherapy!
