I came to Aspire Physiotherapy with a left trap strain and tightness. Jassy and Zainab were excellent with me and very helpful. My trap strain started to feel better and if I ever needed any other physio, I would definitely return here!

I had a good experience at this location. Friendly staff, nice facility, easy parking. I was always called in at my scheduled appointment time, never had to wait. Julia was really friendly, positive, and personable and helped me get back on track from a minor knee injury.

Aspire physio has you covered, regardless of what you need I have been treated by Jassy & her assistant Zainab for my shoulders this winter and Julia for lower body last summer. Everyone has been absolutely wonderful. Facilities are clean, and appointments run on time.

I haven't even had treatment yet (later today), but I wanted to give Aspire a shout out for quickly adjusting their intake forms after I had a concern about a particular question. They heard my concern and adjusted the question and choices within 15 minutes.It shows that Aspire cares about customer concerns, and when warranted, acts immediately to improve. 5/5.

Went in for an assessment for a knee injury from basketball. Jassy was fantastic as she helped me understand my injury and created a thorough treatment plan. Her assistant Zainab was also great and knowledgable. Great duo and a fun environment! Would recommend.

Dr. Sulz has been crucial in me recovering from a torn back muscle. He has helped me learn what I need to do in order to recover and strengthen my back again. I have never felt so good. I highly recommend Aspire and especially Dr. Dylan Sulz!

Amazing experience with physiotherapist Jassy! She created a plan on day one to help me reach my goals and reduce my pain. Treatments included hands on treatment, dry needling, cupping, traction, and exercises! Would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. McFarlane and Jassy! I was treated for back discomfort. They worked in tandem and created a treatment plan to help me which included massaging, cupping, dry needling, and stretching. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable during the whole process. The office is clean, friendly and professional. The front desk even called me once I ended the physiotherapy services to check up on how I was doing. Amazing. Would highly recommend.

The staff here are lovely. They're really accommodating working with your needs as well as modifying, based on what you can and can't do easily. I also find them to be quite knowledgeable with their recommendations. They have helped me find my new normal in getting better with TMJ treatments, MVA recovery, and after C-section care. I highly recommend their team. It's hard for me to name specific people who i've worked with for all the stuff is amazing.

Had a magical experience with Sid and his team at Aspire Physiotherapy. I came in for an assessment last week due to knee pain. Sid took the time to thoroughly explain my knee, properly assess it, and provide personalized exercises and treatment for my recovery. The clinic is very clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff is lovely.

Jassy helped me with my neck/upper back issues with dry needling, cupping, massage, and stretches. She explained why I was having the pain and gave me easy exercises to do at home. I feel so much better and will definitely go back if I have issues again.
